Hey, I’m Jermaine — a NASM-certified trainer, lifelong fitness lover, and the heart behind Maine Fit Club.
I started this because I know how hard it can be to navigate fitness alone. It’s confusing, intimidating, and sometimes just flat-out discouraging. I wanted to build a space where people feel supported, not judged — where they can show up as they are and leave feeling stronger, inside and out.
